Progressive Adjust-A-Slice Mandoline

The Progressive International adjust-a-slice mandoline has three slicing thicknesses that can be easily adjusted with your thumb. The wide surface of the mandoline accommodates larger fruits and vegetables with ease. The angle of the stainless steel blade provides more efficient slicing and the non-skid ridge surface provides needed stability when using this mandoline slicer over a bowl or on a counter. There is a safety lock for the storage of this mandolin and a protective finger guard while in use.
